When you purchase PBXtra, you will receive two hours of free installation support. Our support professionals will help ensure that your PBXtra server is installed correctly (in accordance with the "PBXtra Installation Guide"), that you are able to place calls, and will give you basic training on the web-based admin panel and user panel.

24x7 Emergency Support

Our Emergency Service hotline for Critical Support is covered 24 hours a day, seven days per week. If your system goes down, you don't have a dial tone, or you otherwise can't make calls, our team is here to help.

Paid Support

When you purchase a support plan for your PBXtra system, our support team is available to help with all your PBXtra questions and issues. Submit tickets any time through our automated ticketing system, or "supportal". Our support team systematically manages, prioritizes and tracks supportal tickets such that the highest priority tickets get addressed by our Senior Level Customer Care Engineers first. Via phone and email, our support team offers unlimited peace of mind.*
