Welcome to Fonality. We are Culver City, California company dedicated to providing affordable private branch exchange telephone systems for small and medium-sized businesses throughout the world. Fonality offers two PBX phone system products from which to choose. Both are built using the Asterisk-based software platform and the Linux operating system. We have created this page to provide you with an outline of the features offered with the PBXtra™ Standard Edition and Call Center systems.

PBXtra™ Telephone Products:

The Standard and Call Center PBX phone system products come with a one-server license and custom server with our software pre-installed and configured. Each PBXtra™ server is equipped to handle unlimited IP telephones and twelve (12) analog telephones or cordless telephones, and contain a number of great features.

Standard Edition:

The Standard Edition sells for $995.00 and offers the following features: Auto-Attendant, Music-on-Hold, Schedulers, Enhanced Voicemail, Outlook integration, CRM Integration, voicemail (600 hours), voicemail to email, hot desk, music-on-hold, scheduler, paging/parking, analog & IP phones, ring-all (blast group), call forwarding, name directory, custom caller-IDs, DIDs, PSTN-Fallback, telecommuters, branch office support, web control panel, plug and play, powerful reporting and voicemail groups.

Call Center:

We have created the Call Center PBX phone system for those business owners who want the following features: full ACD functionality, call queues, agent call recording, skill-based routing, uploaded voice prompts, agent call recording, multiple auto-attendants, real time queue statistics and graphical queue reports. The Call Center comes standard with all the features available in the Standard Edition as well. VoIP Enabled:

We’ve developed our PBX phone system products to be fully VoIP-enabled. T he VoIP features we offer with our PBXtra™ product line allow business owners to take advantage of low long distance calling rates. Our clients pay no long distance call charges for the inter or intra-office telephone calls they make through our VoIP network. This feature, offered in both the Standard Edition and Call Center, is particularly valuable to businesses with multiple locations and can help eliminate long distance telephone calls placed between company locations. Graphical User Interface:

Fonality’s graphical user interface (GUI) allows customers to easily add, change or expand customized PBXtra™ features with the click of a mouse. Our GUI provides both the company’s system administrator and individual users with individual control panels, which are accessible 24 hours per day from any computer with an Internet connection. The GUI removes the need for expensive IT support and allows business owners to make the needed changes within seconds.
